Refund Policy


Deposit

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers the time and work invested in the initial consultation, creative direction, and early development of your project.

Before Final Handover
The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the final brand kit is delivered. If, after the second review and revision round, you are not satisfied with the final outcome, you are not obligated to make the remaining payment. In this case, you will be asked to sign a declaration confirming that you will not use any of the proposals, drafts, or work produced. All intellectual property remains with the designer.


After Final Handover
Once the final brand kit has been delivered via cloud, no refund is possible. Please ensure any concerns are raised before the final handover.


Raising Concerns

If at any point during the project you have concerns about the direction or outcome, I encourage you to raise them as early as possible. Feedback is built into the process at key stages, and early communication is always the best way to ensure the final result meets your expectations.


If I (the designer) Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible. Any payment made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days. If work has not yet begun, the deposit will also be refunded in full.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method and in the original currency of payment. To request a refund or raise a concern, please contact me at ankwok18@gmail.com.


Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. Requests for additional revisions beyond this may be subject to an additional charge, which will be agreed upon before work proceeds.

Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
