Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services provided by Yuk An Kwok, trading as An Kwok (referred to as “I”, “me”, or “the designer”). By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I provide bespoke brand identity design services, as described on this website. All work is custom and created specifically for each client. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon before the project begins and confirmed in a project estimate or contract.


2. Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the final brand kit is delivered.

All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is accepted via PayPal.

The deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to the Refund Policy for full details.


3. Intellectual Property

All work, drafts, proposals, and materials produced during the project remain the intellectual property of the designer until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of the final payment, intellectual property rights for the agreed deliverables transfer to the client, with the following exceptions:

  • I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio, on this website, and on social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any work produced but not included in the final deliverables (including unused drafts and proposals) remains the property of the designer at all times.

If a project is terminated before completion and the final payment is not made, the client may not use any work, drafts, or proposals produced during the project. A signed declaration to this effect will be required. See the Refund Policy for further details.


4. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. Requests for additional revisions beyond this will be discussed and agreed upon before work proceeds, and may be subject to an additional charge.


5. Client Responsibilities

To enable me to deliver the agreed work, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your brand during the consultation process
  • Respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe
  • Notify me promptly if your requirements change during the project

Delays caused by late feedback or incomplete information may affect the project timeline.

6. Timeline

The estimated project timeline is 4 to 5 weeks from the date the deposit is received and the project officially begins. This is an estimate and may be subject to change depending on the complexity of the project and the timeliness of client feedback.


7. Cancellation

You may cancel the project at any time. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details of what is owed in the event of cancellation.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete your project, I will notify you as soon as possible. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details of any refund due.

8. Confidentiality

I will treat all information you share with me during the project as confidential and will not share it with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the services provided, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation.

My total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.

The content on this website, including all text, images, illustrations, and other materials, is the property of [Your artist/brand name] and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
